5. Highlight success stories. Describe countries/regions
that have managed to implement one or more of the Five
Measures.
6. Calculate the size of subsidies needed, or the legislation
needed, to make the green alternative cost competitive.
7. Identify new business opportunities for fossil industries
that will lose their market.
8. Increase energy efficiency (that is, reduce the amount of
electricity or heat that is needed to provide a given
service to the final consumer). Or teach people to thrive
on less energy.
